We teach the art of mastering tough business conversations. We offer an in-depth, nine-part online course that can be taken over a few months but is often consumed much more quickly when a difficult conversation is coming up. There is also a free one-hour masterclass that outlines the complete philosophy, content, and structure of the course.
At the end of each chapter there are prompts and questions so that you can immediately make the information relevant to you.
The course is designed for managers and C-suite leaders who find themselves struggling with person-to-person conversations. To be fair:it is not really your fault, because the standard advice is terrible. We are told that when we are giving negative feedback we should utilize the good-bad-good sandwich with is not only disingenuous but does not produce positive results. My students are the people who are looking for an actionable alternative to that and for additional templates for various other stressful situations.
The workplace has changed drastically in the last few years, and employees are looking for meaning and purpose in their work as well as positive, nourishing relationships. If they do not feel valued and happy then the best of them (the ones who have choices) will chose to leave. About 30% of those who quit at the C-suite level do so because they are unhappy with the way they are being treated!
